What was your motivation? What impressed you to maintain going, even once you needed to surrender? My motivation was my youngsters and me. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that it’s tougher to get the burden off. After being on trip this summer season, I knew I needed to be more healthy, look higher and really feel higher in my garments.

How did you alter your consuming habits? I eat 5 small meals a day. 1-2 of these meals are salads, grilled hen, floor turkey, steamed veggies, and fruits.
