1. Mix paprika, pepper, and salt in small bowl and sprinkle evenly over each side of hen.
2. Coat giant nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Warmth over medium-high warmth; add hen and cook dinner 3 to 4 minutes on either side or till now not pink in middle. Put aside on serving platter. Sprinkle with almonds and canopy to maintain heat.
