2 packets palm lasagna noodles

1 lb floor beef or turkey

½ white onion, diced

½ cup diced celery

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp crushed crimson pepper

1 tsp italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to style

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic

1 jar low sugar marinara

1 cup hen broth (low cost code: lowcarblove)

1 cup ricotta cheese

3-4 giant basil leaves, sliced
Instructions:

In a dutch oven or inventory pot, add about 1 tbsp avocado oil and cook dinner your floor beef or turkey till brown. Season with salt and pepper.

Add your onion and celery and add the remainder of your seasonings – garlic powder, onion powder, crushed crimson pepper, tomato paste and garlic paste and saute till cooked by.

Add your low sugar marinara and hen broth till your soup thickens up.

Add your lasagna noodles and ricotta and stir for 1-2 minutes.

Garnish with basil and luxuriate in!
