1 lb rooster breast, sliced into strips

2 tbsp avocado oil

½ cup greek yogurt

2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp crushed pink pepper

Salt and pepper to style

1 inexperienced or yellow bell pepper, reduce into strips

½ purple onion, reduce into strips

1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes

Instructions:

Preheat your airfryer to 400F

In a big bowl, add your rooster, avocado oil, greek yogurt, turmeric, cumin, garlic powder, crushed pink pepper, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Combine till mixed.

Line your airfryer with aluminum foil. Add your veggies, seasoning them with salt and pepper. You may spray a bit avocado oil on it

Place your rooster and veggies in your airfryer basket or tray.

Airfry for quarter-hour at 400F till totally cooked.
